Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Chef to support Defence with high-quality food service on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. You will prepare and serve meals, supervise a team, and contribute to menu development within a leading UK food service company.

You will work 5 days out of 7, maintain hygiene standards, and engage with customers to continually improve service delivery. A passion for great food and customer satisfaction is essential.

Competenze

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Have experience supervising a team.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.

• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
