Kainos is seeking a Product Consultant in Bath to lead backlog maturity and drive MVP thinking from inception to delivery. You will run agile ceremonies, engage with a mix of stakeholders, plan workshops, and help the team deliver high-value features.

Formación

• Experience in bespoke software delivery within an agile external client setting.
• Defence sector experience is essential.
• Active DV clearance is required.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle from analysis to live operations.
• Excellent facilitator of workshops to lead stakeholder groups.
• Ability to model As-Is and To-Be processes and gain buy-in.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Elicitation and translation of functional/technical requirements into user stories.
• Prioritisation to refine backlog and manage dependencies.
• Deliver MVP within commercial constraints.
• Experience contributing to sales activities (bids, proposals).
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Explain technical jargon to non-technical teams.
