Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in construction, property maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control and financial analysis.
• Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent; military/MOD experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Scoping and pricing voids to ensure value for money.
• Maintain rock-solid commercial control across projects.
• Collaborate with operational teams, DIO and supply chain partners to deliver on time and on budget.
• Support dispute resolution and drive continuous improvement.
