• Commercial experience in construction, property maintenance or facilities management.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• Military or MOD exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price voids and maintain value for money.
• Ensure rock-solid commercial control across high-profile facilities.
• Collaborate with operations, DIO and supply chain partners.
• Contribute to cost modelling, risk management and change control.
• Support dispute resolution and mentoring across the business.
