Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Project Manager for Defence Infrastructure Delivery, based on site at RAF Alconbury. You will own projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, budget control, and adherence to MoD regulations.

Regular coordination with DIO representatives and site teams is required. You will lead supply chain activities, monitor risks, and ensure documentation is completed and uploaded in SharePoint/Maximo.

Qualifications

• HNC/D in Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint and CAFM tools.
• Experience supervising teams in a project management environment with KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Defence Infrastructure Delivery projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and contract risk mitigation.
