Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for MOD FM and construction work on a RAF Base near Brackley. This site-based, full-time role requires delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and capital programmes safely, on time, and within budget.

You will lead projects from initiation to completion, manage risks, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple teams and complex defence projects.
• Ability to initiate, plan, execute and close projects to time, budget and quality.
• Proven track record in risk, cost control and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery across a defence estate.
• Set budgets, monitor work plans and drive commercial value.
• Coordinate supply chain partners and ensure safe working practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation on relevant systems and platforms.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
