Royal Navy invites applications for an Infrastructure and Facilities Coordinator based at Defence Munitions Crombie. You will coordinate maintenance, facilities management and estate improvements, ensuring safety, compliance and operational readiness across the DM Crombie site.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead, you will liaise with site users, custodians, DIO and partners, while supporting assurance activities and local governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, property, facilities management or estate management.
• Ability to communicate information and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and governance.
• Experience maintaining or assuring records, compliance information, asset data.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, support decision-making and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate infrastructure works at DM Crombie, including maintenance and facilities management.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance with partners, ensure faults are reported and escalated.
• Support local assurance of statutory maintenance by reviewing records and identifying gaps.
• Prepare for weekly infrastructure meetings and maintain action logs and follow-through.
• Maintain infrastructure risk, issue, asset-availability and escalation records.
