Northrop Grumman UK is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager in London to drive project delivery across defence and government programmes. You will work with experienced Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams, supporting planning, governance and stakeholder engagement to keep initiatives on track.

The role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, opportunities for growth, mentoring and a dynamic, collaborative environment within a mission‑driven organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting projects or programmes in a professional setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Interest in project/delivery management and continuous improvement.
• Experience with collaboration tools: Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence.
• Proactive, willing to learn and own tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of projects within customer-facing and internal programmes.
• Track progress with Delivery Managers and project teams; manage actions.
• Assist with governance activities: reporting, risk & issue management, financial tracking.
• Build relationships with customers, delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Support Agile and Lean practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles; keep project information accurate.
