Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Interest in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, Confluence.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of projects within customer-facing and internal programmes.
• Work alongside Delivery Managers and project teams to track progress and help ensure milestones are achieved.
• Assist with project governance activities including reporting, risk and issue management, financial tracking and forecasting.
• Build effective relationships with customers, delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile and Lean delivery practices, facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Help identify and remove delivery obstacles whilst ensuring project information remains accurate and up to date.
