Northrop Grumman UK is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager in Cheltenham to support defence, national security, cyber and mission-focused programmes. You’ll provide financial oversight, delivery support, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement within agile project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, programmes or operational delivery activities.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean or similar approaches.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience using MS Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues and customers at different levels.
• A proactive mindset with an interest in delivery excellence, problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets and customer expectations are effectively managed.
• Monitor project performance, including financial tracking, forecasting, resource demand and governance reporting.
• Work with delivery, account and business management teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.
• Support agile teams by applying project management principles, delivery frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Contribute to commercial processes, project mobilisation activities, audits, reporting requirements and change control activities.
