You will coach high-performing teams, apply agile and lean practices, and safeguard quality and schedules on mission-critical programmes that support national security.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in complex customer environments.
• Strong project management skills: planning, forecasting, risk & governance.
• Experience managing project finances and profitability.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and teams.
• Experience with Agile, Lean or Scrum delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of medium-scale, high-impact projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Own project financial performance, including forecasting, budget management, profitability and governance.
• Build, coach and support high‑performing teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control to mitigate delivery challenges.
• Engage stakeholders across customer organisations and Northrop Grumman UK for growth.
• Apply agile, lean and project management best practices to improve delivery.
