Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Delivery Manager in Cheltenham to lead delivery across critical national missions. You will oversee medium-scale programmes, drive financial performance and stakeholder engagement, and coach cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong PM, risk management and agile delivery experience within complex environments. Hybrid working and UK-wide collaboration opportunities are available as part of our mission to Defining Possible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in complex environments, including defence or government contexts.
• Strong PM capabilities including planning, forecasting, risk management, resource governance.
• Experience managing project finances, profitability and commercial governance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with Agile, Lean, Scrum or similar delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the successful delivery of medium-scale programmes; ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with quality.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting and governance.
• Coach and support high-performing teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control to mitigate delivery risks.
• Engage stakeholders across customer organisations and Northrop Grumman UK to drive growth.
• Apply agile, lean and project management best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
