Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee operations and deliver exceptional food and service for Defence contracts, on a 17.5-hour, part-time basis contracted to 50.2 weeks per year. Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards for service and events.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure quality and service.
• Monitor KPIs and report to the line manager regularly.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold the brand image.
• Coordinate between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams; lead from the front to enable growth.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
