Job summary

Serco is recruiting a Client-Side Construction Project Manager for the Estates department at the UK Defence Academy site in Swindon. The role covers delivery of large-scale projects from inception to completion with values from £2M to £30M, across DACI/PFI contracts, and requires management of sub-contractors, CAFM data, and governance processes.

The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract (extending to permanent in some cases) with up to £60,000 salary depending on experience, and standard

• Project management skills and experience in construction projects.
