Techshack Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Defence sector roles in Abbey Wood or Bristol, with three days onsite per week. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery of semi-complex MoD projects, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule and performance targets.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk control, with exposure to large-scale defence programmes.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and managing project teams.
• Experience delivering semi-complex or multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience managing cost, time, risk and project performance.
• Defence/MoD experience would be highly relevant.
• APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2 or similar is desirable.
