Job summary

Assystem is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of major infrastructure and defence projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, support design integration activities, and ensure BIM deliverables meet BEPs and project requirements.

You will help establish BIM processes, push for continuous improvement, and provide guidance to stakeholders on BIM coordination requirements. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects within a regulated sector.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or similar BIM delivery role.
• Knowledge of AIRs (Asset Information Requirements).
• Practical experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage and Revit.
• Experience federating models from multiple disciplines.
• Experience undertaking clash detection and dashboard reporting.
• Understanding BIM processes and BIM Execution Plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams and supply chain partners.
• Receive, review and federate models from multiple design disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Produce clash reports and track coordination actions through to resolution.
• Facilitate and support model review workshops and coordination meetings.
• Monitor BIM deliverables against project requirements and BEPs.
• Undertake model quality assurance reviews prior to publication and formal issue.
• Support interface management between contractors and design organisations.
• Maintain BIM coordination registers, action trackers, and project KPI dashboards.
• Work with Information Managers to ensure coordinated models are managed within the CDE.
