Job summary

ABM is recruiting for a front-facing Security and Cleaning role at Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre, Birmingham. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleaning while representing the client’s security presence on site.

You will work as part of a team or independently, delivering discreet service in a busy shopping centre. The role emphasises professionalism, confidentiality, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks.
• Happy to work alone and as part of a team.
• Friendly and a team player.
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in a corporate building.

LOCATION: CHELMSLEY WOOD SHOPPING CENTRE

SHIFT PATTERN:Various Monday-Sunday, 0 hours per week

PAY RATE: Competitive

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This important role is the public face of the Security Team. A can-do and professional attitude is essential in this highly influential role. You also need to ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard.

• Shopping Centre Cleaning
• Cleaning main customer areas
• Flexibility to move around the site if required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Cleaning experience an advantage
