ABM is recruiting for a public-facing cleaning role based at Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre. The post involves delivering high-standard cleaning services while ensuring excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues.

The role requires flexibility across Monday–Sunday shifts; you will be part of a team on site, with responsibilities spanning cleaning of main customer areas and surrounding facilities. Full training and benefits are provided by ABM.

• Cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks.
• Able to work alone and as part of a team.

Role Overview And Purpose

This important role is the public face of the Security Team. A can-do and professional attitude is essential in this highly influential role. You also need to ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard.
