Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Decorator to support the turnaround of student accommodation ahead of the new academic intake in Manchester. You will carry out painting and decorating duties across bedrooms, corridors and communal areas to ensure high standards are met.

You will prepare surfaces by sanding, filling and making good before painting, perform touch-ups on walls and woodwork, and keep the accommodation clean, safe and presentable.

Qualifications

• Carrying out painting and decorating in bedrooms, corridors and communal areas.
• Surface preparation including sanding, filling and making good prior to painting.
• Touch-up work on walls, woodwork and fixtures.
• Maintain accommodation to a clean, safe and presentable standard.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures on site.
