Job summary

Clements Young Ltd is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator for on-site school-site painting projects with CIS pay of 170 per day. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, and delivering high-quality finishes on schedule.

Applicants should have proven painting/decorating experience, a valid driving licence preferred for site travel, and strong English communication and attention to detail to coordinate with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between job sites.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of paints and finishes.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
• Conduct inspections during and after projects to ensure quality standards are met and touch up as necessary.
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents on site and protect yourself and others.

• Night shifts - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Duties: 4 weeks painting and decorating - School site no DBS Required
• Rates and benefits: 170 per day (CIS) pay
