Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for an initial 3-week temporary contract in Leicester. The role starts on a Monday and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, until completion of the assignment.

The successful candidate will refresh accommodation rooms to a high standard, prepare properties for new occupants, and work safely following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous Painter & Decorator experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within maintenance/decorating environments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and priming where required.
• Painting bedrooms and communal areas to a professional standard.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Painter & Decorator (Temporary Contract)

Pay: £14-16 per hour

The Role
