Advice NI in Belfast is seeking Services Advisers to support clients facing personal and business debt. Trainees are welcome, with a structured training programme across telephony, digital and face-to-face channels.

These roles run until the end of March 2027, with potential extension. They offer hybrid working, a generous pension, annual leave and access to training and development to empower financial resilience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with figures and manage workload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within debt advisory services.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle or reliable transport.
• Experience in money and debt advice or related customer service is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal and business debt advice via multiple channels, including telephony, digital, and face-to-face.
• Complete training to deliver clear, user-friendly financial guidance.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, procedures and confidentiality, and gather client feedback.
