Job summary

The ReKruit is assisting an insolvency-focused client in Manchester to recruit several Trainee Debt Advisers. You will join a Debt Advice Academy to learn debt/financial services processes and develop into a member of the Debt Advice team.

You will be trained to conduct financial assessments, gather income and expenditure data, and support customers with empathy and professionalism while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to debt/financial services is beneficial.
• Ability to discuss sensitive financial information professionally.
• Comfortable learning through coaching and structured training.

Responsibilities
