The ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service or call centre roles, strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, and proficient computer skills to navigate databases and update records.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with frustrated callers.
• Proficient computer skills for navigating databases and updating records.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and answer customer inquiries regarding debt balances.
• Proactively reach out to debtors to discuss payment options and deadlines.
• Explain account statuses, payment methods, and the debt recovery process clearly.
• Update account records and document interactions in the database.
