Job summary

Made Employment Ltd is assisting a leading UK debt resolution company to recruit field-based debt collection agents. The role involves visiting customers at their premises to discuss outstanding debts and collect payments, with appointments or warrants as the basis of visits.

You will be out and about across residential and commercial sites, supported by comprehensive training and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle.
• Be willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Experience in debt collection or policing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable visiting customers in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in residential and commercial settings to discuss outstanding debts.
• Work from pre-arranged appointments or via warrants as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and encourage timely payments.
