Job summary

i2i Recruitment Limited in Gloucestershire seeks a full-time Debt Collector to resolve payment issues with customers by phone and email, while building relationships to speed payments.

You will negotiate payment plans within strict compliance, complete administrative tasks, and support team goals in a busy office environment.

A minimum of 2 years in regulated debt collection and strong communication skills are essential.

MUST HAVE'S

• Experience in accounting or credit control (preferred)
