Job summary

Flint Bishop is seeking a Team Leader for the Debt Recovery department in Swansea. The role centers on supervising Recoveries Specialists handling high volumes of calls for pre-litigation debt recovery on behalf of key clients.

You will review matters, monitor call performance, and drive training and continuous improvement while reporting revenues recovered and KPI performance to department heads.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery, preferably in energy/utilities sector.
• Prior supervisory experience in a contact centre or legal setting.
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Recoveries Specialists in the Debt Recovery team.
• Collaborate with Debt Recovery Managers and Head of Debts Services to ensure smooth pre- and post-litigation processes.
• Manage a senior-level caseload of debt recovery matters and contribute to client pitches and meetings.
