Job summary

DPD UK is hiring a Debrief Operative at DPD Derby. Youll be the link between drivers and a top-tier customer experience, working in a 40-hour week with afternoon shifts.

No long years of experience required; just energy, focus and tech comfort to manage handhelds, support routes, and handle driver debriefs while maintaining safety and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Squad: help drivers smash their routes by finding tricky addresses and giving clear instructions.
• Tech Management: keep Saturn handhelds in top shape (reporting glitches ASAP).
• Customer Care: handling enquiries and keeping depot KPIs on point.
• Process Pro: running driver debriefs and keeping the paperwork tight.
• Safety First: keeping the workspace safe and secure for everyone.
