Sandown Mercedes-Benz in the UK is seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead the Epsom site. You will report to the Group Operations Director, oversee Sales, Service and Parts, and drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across the dealership.

The role requires strong leadership, a commercially astute mindset and the ability to develop and align teams to Sandown Group objectives. A degree or management qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across a multi-department dealership.
• Track record in profit delivery and cost control.
• Experience managing Sales and After Sales functions.
• Degree level education or equivalent; driving licence where applicable.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Provide visible leadership across the dealership.
• Develop all departmental leaders to deliver outstanding performance.
• Drive sales, aftersales and profitability objectives.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at every stage of the journey.
• Maintain full compliance with Mercedes-Benz franchise standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the site.
