Job summary

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is seeking a DE&I Specialist to drive our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. You will coordinate programmes, deliver training and collaborate with ERGs to promote an inclusive culture across all sites.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, event coordination and advisory support, with hybrid working in Hemel Hempstead and nationwide travel. You will champion learning and continuous improvement in DE&I practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or initiatives.
• Experience delivering events, workshops or training sessions.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles and inclusive workplace practices.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the organisation's DE&I strategy and develop and maintain project plans, activity trackers and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate specific DE&I projects and initiatives from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
• Coordinate DE&I calendar events and awareness campaigns throughout the year, including maintenance of our colleague facing SharePoint.
• Support the development and implementation of DE&I policies, toolkits and resources.
• Facilitate sessions on inclusive behaviours, allyship and cultural awareness.
