• Experience delivering complex consulting or transformation projects.

• Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of DEIB initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing.
• Define goals, develop strategies, and deliver solutions with clients.
• Facilitate workshops with senior leaders and executives.
• Coach team members and develop high-quality outputs.
• Identify risks and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and progress updates.
• Review deliverables to ensure inclusivity and reduce bias.
• Identify opportunities to expand client support.
