Job summary

Britvic plc seeks a DE&I Specialist to drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy across the business with programme management and operational support. You will coordinate DE&I initiatives, deliver learning and awareness activities, and partner with Employee Resource Groups to promote inclusive engagement.

The role involves stakeholder collaboration, event coordination and advisory support, offering an exciting path to grow in DE&I within a leading FMCG company.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or initiatives.
• Experience delivering events, workshops or training sessions.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles and inclusive workplace practices.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse and present data clearly.
• Effective written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DE&I programme projects from planning through delivery and evaluation.
• Coordinate DE&I calendar events and awareness campaigns.
• Develop DE&I policies, toolkits and resources for the business.
• Facilitate sessions on inclusive behaviours, allyship and cultural awareness.
• Support ERG governance, budgets and activity planning.
• Plan and deliver DE&I events, stakeholder communications and engagement.
