Dudley Council is seeking an experienced, motivated Business Support Officer to join our Youth and Family Hubs within Dudley Children’s Services. This role supports frontline teams, manages data and finances, and helps deliver high-quality services to children, young people and families across the borough.
You will provide front-line admin, handle invoices and payments, arrange meetings, support safeguarding, and work across teams to improve processes.

Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £25,583 - £25,989
Location: Office-based role, predominantly based within Family Hubs and Youth Centres, working across other Council sites within the Dudley borough.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm
