Derby City Council is seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead the team and drive digital transformation in recruitment processes. You will oversee high-volume hiring, develop employer branding, and deliver strategies to ensure essential services have the right talent when needed.
The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making and knowledge of recruitment legislation, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
Location: Council House, Derby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours
Working Hours: Full time
