Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is seeking an experienced DC Pensions Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day DC Member Administration team, ensuring high-quality, compliant service and strong client outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of DC Administration, you will drive operational efficiency, mentor Administration Managers, manage recruitment and performance, and contribute to business development and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in DC pensions administration.
• Proven leadership and people development experience.
• Knowledge of pension governance and quality standards.
• Experience with client relationship management and tender responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialist DC administration team
• Drive quality assurance initiatives and service improvements
• Manage complaints and ensure effective resolution processes
• Mentor and support Administration Managers and Deputy Managers
• Oversee resource planning, recruitment, performance management and employee development
• Ensure compliance with pension legislation, governance requirements and internal quality standards
• Support client relationship management and attend client meetings where required
• Contribute to new business activities, including tender responses and client presentations
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems and efficiencies
• Support strategic business change projects and implementation of new ways of working
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider business
