You will report to the Head of DC Administration and drive improvements, quality control, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires extensive DC pensions experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex member queries while supporting business development and client meetings.

We're seeking an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to oversee a Defined Contribution (DC) Administration team, ensuring outstanding service delivery, quality standards, and operational performance.

Reporting to the Head of DC Administration, you'll lead and develop administration managers and teams, drive process improvements, manage quality and complaints, and support the delivery of profitable, sustainable client services.
