Front Row Recruitment represents a leading Occupational Pensions Consultancy seeking an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to lead a DC administration function. The role offers senior leadership, ownership of service delivery and the opportunity to shape future operational strategy in a growing business.

You will lead a DC administration team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant services for members and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive Defined Contribution pensions administration experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of DC schemes.
• Previous team leadership and people management experience.
• Experience handling complex pension administration matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong governance, compliance and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
• APMI qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop administration managers and their teams.
• Drive quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Oversee complex member administration activity and complaint resolution.
• Manage recruitment, performance, engagement and development initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to new business, tender submissions and client presentations.
• Identify process and systems improvements.
• Support strategic change and transformation projects.
