Job summary

Huddle Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced DC Pensions Administrator to join a large, in-house pensions team. The role is predominantly DC-focused with exposure to DB over time, and a hybrid working arrangement in London.

You will manage DC pension administration duties, respond to member inquiries, and contribute to ongoing pension initiatives within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in DC pensions administration or workplace pensions.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process DC pension administration cases accurately and within timescales.
• Handle member enquiries via phone and written correspondence.
• Process retirements, transfers and other member events.
• Maintain accurate member records and pension data.
• Liaise with members, colleagues and third-party providers.
• Resolve queries and complex administration cases.
• Support ongoing projects and wider pension initiatives.
• Ensure work complies with scheme rules and pensions legislation.
