Job summary

Heroes Ltd. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Milton Keynes warehouse. You will lead a two-shift team across inbound and outbound operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely despatch. You’ll handle daily planning, training, attendance, and shift reporting to support performance and accountability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong IT skills (OrderWise WMS, Excel) and the ability to adapt quickly to changing workload with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfortable working across both inbound and outbound operations.
• Confident user of a WMS (OrderWise) with good general IT skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team on shift with targets and priorities.
• Flex the team across inbound and outbound as workload changes.
• Be the first point of escalation for operational, quality and people issues.
