Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited is seeking a Supervisor for the Distribution Centre in Whiston. You will lead a shift of warehouse operatives, ensuring inbound, picking, packing, replenishment, and outbound tasks are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining health, safety and stock integrity.

You will coach and develop staff and act as a bridge to senior management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process

Mansioni

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives on shift to ensure tasks (inbound, picking, packing, replenishment, outbound) are completed on time and to standard
• Monitor KPIs (pick/pack rates, accuracy, throughput) and take corrective actions as needed
• Coach colleagues on SOPs, health and safety, and best practices
• Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate priorities and safety reminders
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of operatives; manage attendance and shift performance
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and inspections; resolve discrepancies
