Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Supervisor for its Distribution Centre in Whiston to lead a team of warehouse operatives across all daily tasks. You will allocate work, brief the team, and drive safe, accurate and timely completion of duties while maintaining stock integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A full-time, 35-hour week with 5 from 7 days includes weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Strong communication skills for briefings and handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to complete inbound, picking, packing, replenishment and outbound tasks to standard and on time.
• Monitor KPIs and coach colleagues on performance and compliance.
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and checks; investigate discrepancies.
