Job summary

Liverpool FC in Whiston is seeking a Supervisory leader for our Distribution Centre to manage a shift of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely completion of tasks across inbound, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will allocate workload, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and act as a bridge to management while upholding safety standards.

The role includes shift handovers, driving continuous improvement, and safeguarding stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a distribution centre role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team to complete inbound, picking, packing, replenishment, outbound, returns and production tasks.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed to meet KPIs.
• Coach colleagues on SOPs, safety, and performance targets.
• conduct effective shift handovers and ensure continuity of operations.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and checks; manage escalations.
