Job summary

SEI Investments (Europe) Ltd is seeking a proactive DC Client Services Specialist to own and deliver high-quality service to Master Trust clients. You will collaborate across SEI and external partners, anticipate client needs, and drive actions through to completion.

You will develop client relationships, support member communications, and contribute to the growth of SEI’s DC business while maintaining a high-touch, white-glove service standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within pensions, financial services or a related environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and advisers.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and identify risks early.
• Proactive mindset with ownership to drive actions to completion.
• Collaborative working style, willing to share knowledge and help colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support SEI’s service delivery to DC clients, owning actions and coordinating across SEI and partners.
• Understand evolving client needs and engage the DC Proposition Team and wider business.
• Assist client communications and engagement activities, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
• Support growth of DC business by contributing to meetings and transitioning opportunities into relationships.
• Attend client meetings and ensure actions are tracked and progressed.
• Stay updated on legislative, governance and administration developments affecting clients.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and support client implementations, escalating risks early.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and advisers, becoming a trusted partner.
