Job summary

Schroders Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to join our London-based team. You will work with Portfolio Managers and Directors, handling day-to-day client queries and leading a small team of Client Service Executives to ensure seamless service.

You will develop strong knowledge of our processes, coordinate across internal teams, maintain accurate records, and act as the main point of contact for clients and advisers, delivering high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with MS Office proficiency and attention to detail.
• Proven track record in a client-service role; financial services experience preferred.
• Experience working with third-party custodians and servicing US persons desirable.
• Prior team lead or management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors and develop a strong understanding of client needs.
• Handle client administration promptly and accurately, including queries and requests.
• Manage onboarding for new clients and support transitions of assets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with policies.
