Job summary

The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DC product solutions and marketplace.
• Experience in client relationship management with product providers.
• Strong understanding of operational matters for DC pension plans.
• Previous client-facing meeting and presentational experience.
• Ability to convey information clearly in both writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Responding to client and adviser queries and coordinating resolutions.
• Investigating and resolving issues while ensuring timely client responses.
• Building collaborative relationships across the DC business.
• Coordinating annual and ad hoc scheme events effectively.
• Maintaining awareness of regulatory impacts on processes.
• Partnering with operational teams for seamless client service.
• Providing clients with sufficient information for informed decisions.

Skills

Experience and knowledge of DC product solutions

Corporate client relationship management experience

Understanding of administration / operational matters

Demonstrable communication/presentation skills
