Job summary

SEI is seeking a proactive DC Client Services Specialist to own the management and delivery of high-quality service to Master Trust clients as we grow. You will work with SEI and external partners to anticipate client needs, drive actions and deliver a white-glove service, developing into a trusted partner.

You will collaborate with internal teams to support client communications, webinars and meetings, and contribute to new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within pensions, financial services or a related environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to understand evolving client needs and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive ownership and willingness to learn and develop in role.
• Collaborative working style and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support SEI’s service delivery to DC clients and act as a strong client advocate.
• Understand clients’ evolving needs and engage the wider team to address them.
• Support member communication strategies and engagement sessions (webinars and meetings).
• Contribute to growth by supporting client meetings and turning opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Attend client meetings and ensure actions and follow-ups are tracked and completed.
