Job summary

Isio is seeking a consultant for our Defined Contribution specialism within the Employee Benefits practice. You will deliver high‑quality DC advice to corporate clients, trusts and master trusts, with scope for business development, modelling and research across the department.

You will join a growing DC team, collaborating with colleagues to produce client deliverables, manage small projects and support governance processes while developing your knowledge of the UK pensions market and related

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UK DC pensions and client issues.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects and maintain deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a professional, positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Pension provider reviews, analysis of tender responses and drafting of high quality summaries and reports.
• Cost benefit analysis for companies and/or trustees when considering changing pension vehicle/structure.
• Support with client benefit strategy and benchmarking.
• Member communication materials working with seniors, clients and providers.
• Provider proposition research and future market developments.
• Regular trustee reporting and Governance committee materials.
• Delegate and review work, prepare for client meetings, manage small projects and invoicing.
• Monitor risk compliance and look for new business opportunities.
