Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered mental health professional with appropriate body registration.
• Postgraduate/DBT training or intensive DBT qualification.
• Experience in complex emotional needs and personality disorder pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessments using diverse data sources and interviews.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based psychological treatments.
• Deliver individual and group therapies and manage a defined caseload.
• Offer clinical guidance and supervision within MBT/DBT frameworks.
• Coordinate care and contribute to CPA meetings and reports.
