Job summary

Qualifications

• They must hold an RMN or equivalent mental health core qualification and be registered with a regulatory body.
• Experience delivering psychologically informed interventions to people with severe mental health problems in secondary care.
• Demonstrable interest in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and willingness to pursue accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a comprehensive DBT programme (pre-treatment, individual DBT, skills training group, and coaching).
• High risk management and assessment including risk formulation and crisis intervention.
• MDT collaboration, weekly DBT consult team, and specialist advice.
• Leadership, supervision, governance, service evaluation and record keeping.
