Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified and accredited DBT Therapist to join the DBT team in the Harrogate and Ripon Community Mental Health Team. The role may consider a trainee at band 6 with appropriate RMN or equivalent qualification, training, and ongoing accreditation efforts.

The post involves delivering a comprehensive DBT programme, managing high-risk cases, collaborating within MDTs, and providing leadership and supervision.

Qualifications

• Registration with a professional regulatory body (HCPC, GMC, NMC or SWE).
• Accreditation in one of the four Governed Psychological Therapies.
• Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Accreditation with SfDBT.
• Evidence of continuing professional Development.
